All Cakes by Faith creations are custom-designed and handcrafted. Because each cake is made by hand, exact replication of any design is not guaranteed. Variations in color, texture, decoration, and detailing are natural and part of the artistic process.

AI Design Inspiration Notice

At Cakes by Faith, every cake is handcrafted with care. We love using inspiration photos — especially AI-generated designs! ✨

Please note that AI-generated images are provided for creative inspiration only, not exact duplication. Because each cake is handmade, no two creations are ever identical.

Your final cake will reflect the spirit, style, and overall aesthetic of the inspiration while honoring our artistry, technique, and handcrafted process — making your cake uniquely made just for you.

Deposits & Payments

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 3 days after your order details are finalized to secure your date.

• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date.

• Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Rush Orders & Additional Fees

• Orders placed less than 5 days before the event date are considered rush orders and will incur a $30 rush fee.

• Requests for AI-generated design concepts include an additional $50 custom design fee, reflecting the time and creativity involved in developing personalized inspiration concepts.

• Rush fees and design fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

• All deposits are non-refundable due to the custom nature of our work.

• Any credits or refunds will be determined at Cakes by Faith's discretion and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

• Design changes requested after final approval may result in additional charges.

Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery is available for an additional fee based on location.

• Once a cake is picked up or delivered, Cakes by Faith is not responsible for damage due to improper handling, transportation, weather conditions, or venue-related issues.

Allergy & Food Safety Disclaimer

Cakes by Faith operates in an environment that may contain common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, and gluten. While every effort is made to prevent cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that products are allergen-free.

Photography & Marketing

Cakes by Faith reserves the right to photograph completed cakes and use images for portfolio, website, and social media purposes.
